It is mandatory for all students to fill the form and
take print out of the same and send to trust office, with all the essential documents
within stipulated time
- Application form with your own handwriting mentioning your study details
and education and future aim to the society
- Attested copy of the Secondary & Senior Secondary School Certificates and
Mark sheets
- Attested copy of the Qualifying/any other examination appeared in.
- Bonafide Certificate in Original and Attested copies of the Fee Receipts,
Identity Card etc.
- Letter from the masjid if needed
How to complete the application form?
- Application must be filled in candidate's own handwriting clearly with
ballpoint pen in Block Capital Letters
- All information’s like correct and complete Present as well as Permanent
Address with Pin Code must be provided otherwise the application may not
be processed.
- Don’t fill the office use page and all details are kept in record
